By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

4. Ordering Process

To place an order: select your product(s) and add them to your cart; review your cart and correct any errors; enter your contact and shipping information; select your shipping method; enter your payment details and billing address; review the full order summary; and confirm the order by clicking the checkout button. Your order is confirmed once payment is received in full. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your shipping address.

5. Prices and Payment

Unless stated otherwise, all prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax, where required, is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but the price displayed at the time of your order is the price that applies to that order.

We accept payment by major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors compliant with the PCI-DSS standard. We do not have access to or store your full payment card details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

If your tracking number shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us at contact@puryvea.com. We may ask for additional information or a statement from the carrier, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including reshipping the products where appropriate.

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Product Warranty

We warrant that products will be free from material defects for 30 days from the date of delivery under normal use, excluding damage caused by misuse, accident, or external factors. If a product is defective, we will replace it or refund it as described in our Refund Policy. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KAÏMORA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, or governmental actions. If such an event continues for more than ninety (90) days, either party may cancel the affected order, in which case any amounts paid for undelivered products will be refunded.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Kaïmora LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent (contact@puryvea.com). Use of the Site is authorized for private, non-commercial purposes only.

12. User Comments and Submissions

If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other materials ("Comments"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, edit, copy, publish, and distribute such Comments in any medium. We reserve the right to pursue legal action in the event of fraudulent purchases, including purchases made with stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
