Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Kaïmora LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operator of www.puryvea.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.
1. Personal Information We Collect
When you make a purchase, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number ("Order Information").
When you browse the Site, we automatically receive certain information about your device, including your IP address, browser type, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. We also collect information about how you interact with the Site — the pages you view, the products you look at, and the websites or search terms that referred you to us ("Device Information"). We collect this using cookies, log files, pixels, and similar technologies.
Email marketing (where applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
SMS marketing (where applicable): If you opt in by providing your phone number, you agree to receive order-related texts and occasional promotional offers (no more than 4 per month). Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the Order Information to fulfill orders (processing payment, arranging shipping, providing invoices and confirmations), communicate with you, screen orders for potential risk or fraud, and — in line with the preferences you have shared — provide you with information or advertising relating to our products.
We use the Device Information to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing campaigns).
3. Sharing Your Information
We share your personal information with service providers who help us operate the store, including: Shopify Inc., which powers our online store (you can read Shopify's Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy); payment processors; shipping and fulfillment partners; customer support tools; and analytics and advertising partners.
We may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising cookies and pixels may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under certain U.S. state privacy laws — see Section 7 below for your rights and how to opt out.
4. Payment Security
Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Your card details are encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and are handled directly by the payment processor; we do not store your full card number. Transaction data is retained only as long as necessary to complete your purchase and meet our legal obligations.
5. Cookies
Cookies are small data files placed on your device. We use essential cookies (required for the cart and checkout to function), analytics and personalization cookies (to understand how the Site is used and improve your experience), and advertising cookies (to serve you more relevant ads). You can control cookies through your browser settings; note that disabling essential cookies may prevent you from placing an order. Examples of cookies used by our platform include: _session_id, _shopify_visit, _shopify_uniq, cart, _secure_session_id, and storefront_digest.
6. Data Retention
When you place an order, we retain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it, subject to our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
7. Your Privacy Rights (U.S. State Laws)
Depending on your state of residence (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and others), you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your personal information; opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of targeted advertising; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@puryvea.com with your request, or visit our Your Privacy Choices page to opt out of data sharing for advertising. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
If you access the Site with a browser that has the Global Privacy Control (GPC) enabled, we treat that signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser and device.
8. Do Not Track
Please note that we do not alter our Site's data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser, as there is no industry standard for how to respond to such signals. We do, however, honor the Global Privacy Control as described above.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of majority in their state of residence. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, we follow PCI-DSS requirements and implement generally accepted industry standards.
11. International Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in the United States or in other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. If our store is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to serve you.
13. Contact Us
