Order Processing

At puryvea.com, we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible, so there are no surprises when your order arrives — we want you to know exactly what you're ordering.

We take pride in processing orders quickly: most orders are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times & Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided for information only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, email us at contact@puryvea.com as quickly as possible. Because the majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is essential that you contact us within this window so we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed. Cancellation requests cannot be honored once an order has been processed — see our Refund Policy for return options.

Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your shipping address and to contact us promptly with any correction. Address changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information, or for refused or undeliverable packages (inaccessible or incomplete addresses). In these cases, packages may be returned to us, but this is not guaranteed by carriers.

If your order is returned to sender, we will offer you, at your choice, either a refund of your order minus shipping costs, or a reshipment (reshipping fees apply). Refunds and reshipments for returned packages are processed once the package has been received back.

Tracking Shows "Delivered" But No Package?

If your tracking number indicates the package was delivered but you cannot find it: check around your delivery location and with neighbors or your building's mail area, then contact us at contact@puryvea.com. We may ask for additional details or a statement from the carrier regarding the tracking number, and we will do everything we can to make it right — including reshipping the products at our expense where appropriate.
