Order Cancellation & Changes
We process and ship orders quickly — most orders are processed within 12 hours. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once an order has been placed.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@puryvea.com. To speed up your request, use the subject line "Cancel my order" and include your full name and order number in the body of the email. We will do our best to modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been processed at our warehouse. Once an order has been processed and/or shipped, it can no longer be canceled — but it can still be returned under the policy below.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns for any reason — whether you're not satisfied or simply changed your mind. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging, with the shipping label present and intact. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used or opened.
The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, digital products, and personalized/custom-made items. Sale items are eligible for store credit only, not cash refunds. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, email us at contact@puryvea.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions and the address of the warehouse authorized to receive returns. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are not refundable; if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from it where applicable. Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us — for items over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within one week.
Original shipping charges are refundable only if the order is canceled before it ships.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet: first, check your bank account again; then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted; then contact your bank, as there is often a processing delay (typically 7–14 business days). If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@puryvea.com.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, email us at contact@puryvea.com with your order number and photos of the issue. For defective or incorrect items, we cover the exchange or refund, including return shipping.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your shipping address at checkout, and to contact us promptly if a correction is needed — address changes are only possible before the order is processed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or for packages refused or undeliverable (inaccessible or incomplete addresses).
If your package is returned to sender, we will offer you either a refund of your order minus the shipping costs, or a reshipment (reshipping fees apply, including for orders that originally qualified for free shipping). Refunds or reshipments for returned-to-sender packages are processed once the package has been received back by the carrier or our warehouse.
